The last episode of Game of Thrones : Season 5 has made the fans more eager than ever before. However Simon Beck a snow artist and GOT fan took his excitement to a new level. He has created an astonishing tribute to this most watched television series. He drew a huge House of Stark emblem along with the famous slogan “Winter is coming” on Alpine snow.
The amazing part is that Beck didn’t use any tools for designing this. Simon Beck created this masterpiece by walking the entire length of the artwork. Beck uses snow shoes to tamp down and it took 64,800 footsteps (30 km) to create this mammoth design. He worked on this for around 13 hours using only a compass for navigation.
The entire artwork was filmed by Sky Atlantic and you can watch the impressive video above to see more details on the work. The sixth season of Game of Thrones starts on Sunday April 24th and it will answer many queries especially about Jon Snow.
