After successful checkout. Hobbygiri will send a order processing email to the billing email address.

Is it possible to order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’?

You cannot order out-of-stock products. You can add such items in your wishlist so that you can order when the stocks are available.

When and how can I cancel an order?

Users do not have right to cancel their order once placed. Contact Hobbygiri Customer support via email to cancel your order.

Are there any Shipping charges that I need to pay?

We provide delivery to all cities in India with nominal fee of Rs. 69

Are there any extra charges for Cash on Delivery?

We charge flat fee of Rs. 50 for all Cash on Delivery items.

How will the delivery be done?

  • We have tie up with reputed courier courier companies like Fedex, Aramex, Delhivery, DTDC, Shipyaari also IndiaPost.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

How do I replace an item ordered on Hobbygiri.com?

We have easy return policy so that you can buy our products at ease and without stress.

Who will pay for reverse pickup?

Hobbygiri will pay for reverse pickup. As a customer, you just have to package the product rightly so that the package reaches to vendor in good condition.
